The 1M.Ventures concept works like Amazon's satellite model: many ventures running in parallel, each operating as an autonomous unit with a shared operational backbone. You learn from every venture — what works, what breaks, what scales — and feed that knowledge back into the next one.
The studio builds alongside the founder, handling the operational complexity that kills companies at this stage. Shared infrastructure, shared tooling, shared learnings. The founder focuses on product, customers, and revenue.

Created by Cederik, the XR Venture Studio is the first implementation of the 1M.Ventures concept — focused on XR ventures, based in Belgium, with its own operational stack (NimsForest, Hydra, Executxr) and the first validated investor syndicate.

Capital is deployed through pre-designed syndicate CLAs (Convertible Loan Agreements) — a loan that converts into equity at a future qualifying financing event. Each of the eight stages has its own CLA with predefined terms. No negotiation, no delays. Capital discipline from day one.
